I fucking rule at kitchen shit

This soup I’ve been making for the last 2 days is getting out of control good - I had a bunch of chicken bones to start the stock, added the leftover sauce from my sweet & sour coconut thing the other day, threw in more dried galanga & lemon grass and a few bay leaves, a glug of lemon juice and the rest of the one I roasted in the pan, and I just tossed in some shrimp, some bok choy, Korean sweet potato starch noodles (glassy and weird but no wheat gluten!), to be topped shortly by some bean sprouts. I think I might have to make out with a bowl later.
