Wow. This is one of the hottest things I’ve seen that make use of the @foursquare API.
I’m sorry, but this fails to generate commerce, it only drives customers away. Much better would be a risk-rewarding app with discounts on places that failed health inspection. Or maybe there could be an Iron Stomach badge you could unlock after 10 checkins at places with grades under B.
