Watch as McCain refuses to shake Obama’s hand at the end of the debate. I have never wanted to punch an old man more than I do right now.

I think they did shake hands immediately afterwards - the moment when Brokaw asked them to move aside so he could read the rest of his script. But Cindy and Michelle didn’t. And there are plenty of other reasons McCain deserves a punch.
