Brilliant.
Google is no Apple, but they are close… they often get things right and do brilliant things.
Hopefully they remember their roots and offer “+” apps/features on all desktop and mobile platforms.
Wave and Buzz had their merits (I tried both), but I can see them much more so now as building blocks for something more far-reaching, and with a sexier, less-traditional UI. This actually feels like it could be a bit winnish. I’m kind of stoked to try it, even without a decent mobile device.
