best day of our lives
Luckily, I’ll be wearing this (with metallic fuchsia nails).
Don’t hate me if I don’t check in much today… I’ll be busy writing some MC material while undergoing DAY 2 of pampering and beauty treatments.

But before it happens, the next 30 hours or so will be grueling, filled with pampering and spa treatments.
Today: re-upping the red in my hair, selecting an outfit from the clothing sponsor, then a mani/pedi before dinner and drinks with a gal pal.
Tomorrow: hydrating facial, makeup application and blowout prior to the event.
I almost feel like a real lady, Gepetto!
So, this was the best day in a while…
I was asked to MC this event for my friend Lainey (which was finally announced today)…
and then I had some bacon…
And now a friend with a behind-the-scenes connection has invited me to watch the Canucks’ first pre-season game… from the Owner’s Box!
I’m working on them. And the amazing recreation opportunity I’ve scored for tonight will be all the more worthwhile once they are finalized.
