It’s been a loooong time since I’ve received anything as cute as this in the mail. Does your editor make you friendship bracelets? Because my editor is JUST THAT AWESOME.
TEAM GIGGZ 4 LYFE
I wrote this! Pls reblog and comment if you like it!
My friend @Hez wrote a motherless Mother’s Day poem that was eaten by the internet monster. A few days late it but still it’s short and sweetness beats true. It’s pretty rare that I pass on poems that were written post-Neruda, but she had me at lilac season.
Thanks, Kat! Somehow some HG stuff ends up getting lost with the odd socks deep in the Tumblr dryer, but I was kind of proud of this one, so I much appreciate the signal boost.
It’s y’all’s turn to reblog the favour with a tenderhearted little poem thing I wrote for the Giggz to help with motherless-Mother’s Day bittersweetness. Some unknown foolery with the machines behind the scenes meant it never hit the HG Tumblr.
I don’t share a lot of poems with the internet, but thanks to the amazing support I’ve been getting from my lovely editor Rebecca, this actually didn’t feel risky at all.
Backstreet’s back! (And yes, I am Backstreet. Always.)
Sorry, nothing in this one about cute animals doing adorable stuff, but there are still some fine folks I find deeply huggable… and you might, too! Kindly reblog and share widely if your fancy should be so tickled.
We are so excited for @beyonce @molls @sofifiii (Taken with instagram)
EGAD, Molls, you have never looked more beautiful!
| — | From Hello Giggles: 100 Important Things To Know About Season 1 of ‘Downton Abbey’ (via downtongabby) Edith is SUCH a sleeper character. I love her. Can’t wait to see what Season 3 brings. |
Srsly? I’m the only person to RT or star this exceptional open-faced tweet sandwich Lazenby’s created here with lil SheF’ro?
DISAPPOINTED IN U, INTERNET.
Yesterday, internet people called something I wrote “disgusting” and “harsh”… and today, my post is being referred to as ”witty, arty fun” that is “super cool” and “a joy to the eye, heart and brain”.
BACKSTREET’S BACK, BABY!
