I have a love/hate thing going with Astrology Zone, but bitch done me a solid with this month’s horoscope.

Does reading the horoscope of someone you like count as stalkery?

And if so, does the conventional wisdom demand that my shame spiral go in a clockwise or anti-clockwise motion?

“…Beginning in mid-to-late February watch for key relationships to rapidly move forward and experience a compelling wave of sensuality and renewed faith. Mid-March through June 11th will move a serious relationship to a new level of trust and public commitment. Single Cancerians can expect to begin a highly passionate and emotionally demanding relationship at this time…”

PUT YOUR SHOES ON, DUDES!

This bears reblogging here and now.

What are y’all’s fave “Year Ahead” astrology links?

I’m jumping the gun a bit here because none of these sites has the 2010 stuff posted yet, but I thought we could do some Xmas sharing.

I’m a fan of our local Georgia Nicols (not only because I’ve met her, but also because she once advised my sign to relax and “have a beer,” and really, who doesn’t want that in their horoscope?), but because her Year Ahead predictions appear in one of our local rags, they don’t go online for free until one of the places she’s syndicated happens to post it, so I usually read that one in print. You can apparently pre-order it now if you do want to pay. $12 bucks is a little steep for something I can read in Vancouver for a buck fifty, but I don’t know your life. (90% of that goes to a Tibetan refugee school in Nepal, so there is some nice karma there just FYI.)

Tim Stephens is another homeslice who rocks a sweet set of Year Aheads you should check out, including separate ones about Love and Luck. (His Karmic forecasts already encompass 2010 if you want to look now, but the others here are all still ‘09.) I also like Tim’s site because he’s got this rad section called “Platforms” with a shit ton of great stuff, and his regular weekly forecasts - posted on Sundays - all have introductory paragraphs that respond to reader mail and talk about current events including the economy, and you’ve got a choice between reading about this week, next week or even comparing notes about what happened last week to see whether it was all a crock or whether any of it came to pass. (I know, it’s probably all a crock, but hey!)

Another local who publishes in weeklies here is Lasha Seniuk. The sometimes kooky “image” and “message” statements she does in her 3 weekly forecasts (Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays) can be useful for meditation if that’s your bag of satori. She does both a regular Year Ahead and one specifically about Romance.

I’m certainly a regular monthly reader of Susan Miller but she doesn’t do Year Aheads (except as a calendar, which somehow crosses the New Age Rubicon for me and takes astrology from guilty pleasure into creepy Nancy Reagan territory), I’m kind of lukewarm on Jonathan Cainer (who does Year Aheads in addition to Dailies, Weeklies and Monthlies), and don’t even try to sell me on Rob Brezny because he’s just not my flava.

Got anybody I should know about whose Year Ahead forecasts can be found online?
