Facebook sure does think I want to be friends with a lot of new babydaddies. Or maybe a lot of new babydaddies are bored and butt-sniffing the single FB gals during their paternity leave? Either way, no thanks.
Here’s an idea: instead of blasting the evidence of your sperm’s potency at my virtual ovaries with your arty black and white “serene babydaddy” profile picture, how about you GO CHANGE A DIAPER AND LEAVE MY HOT SINGLE ASS ALONE.
Judging by the eyebrows on this child model, baby Jackson’s new potty training seat is for boys, girls AND aspiring drag queens.

Baby’s First Birthday Bunting! Assembled by Auntie Hez, from a concept and materials acquired by my cousin. The medallion in the centre at the bottom says “Happy Birthday Jackson” in Seussfont. I’m pretty in love with it, and although it took a little time, those little discs twirl adorably in the wind and I think some of this will be hung outside on the gazebo, so they will reach maximum adorbs levels on the day. I’m not going to publish any other pics of the prep until after the party on Sunday, but it’s already candy central up in here. Tonight she’s baking the rest of the multilayer birthday cake, and we’re testing out some different fillings with this Martha recipe for traditional French macaroons made with almond flour. Should be a delicious evening.
It’s Jackson’s first playoff season, and he’s repping Canucks colours like a boss. It’s his year, too!
